Ingredients:

1 mango

1 lime

1 large handful of coriander leaves

¼ tsp cumin

½ tbsp of jalapenos

1 garlic clove

200ml olive oil


Method:

Blend everything together until smooth, then drizzle over salads, fish or meat.
