1/2 cup Orange Pieces
1 cup Sprouted Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Mint leaves
1/2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt, To Taste
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Sugar
- Toast the fenugreek sprouts lightly in oil until their colour deepens.
- In a bowl, whisk the toasted fenugreek sprouts with lemon juice, chili powder, salt, sugar and spice powders.
- Add the orange pieces and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled with fenugreek tea.
