  • Khanum butter ghee
  • Gram flour
  • Milk
  • Grated coconut
  • sugar

How to cook

  1. Add Khanum butter ghee, milk, grated coconut, sugar and gram flour in a pan and properly stir. 
  2. Afterwards, place the pan on top of a medium flame.
  3. Continue stirring even after the mixture starts boiling.
  4. Reduce the heat immediately after the mixture starts thickening. 
  5. Apply ghee on a greased plate and transfer the mixture from the pan. Ensure the sides are separated from the pan before transferring.

Preparation method

  1. Mix yoghurt, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt in a bowl. Mix well and marinate the chicken after slicing to pieces. Afterwards, set aside for thirty minutes.
  2. Add Khanum butter ghee to a pan. Turn on the heat and add onions. Add the marinated chicken once the onions turn brown. 
  3. Mix green chillies and curry leaves with other powdered spices. 
  4. Add the mixture to the pan with the marinated chicken and properly stir. 
  5. Also, add cashews and cook for another five minutes.
