Sakthi Fish Fry Masala 200g
Ingredients: Chilli, Salt below 30%, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Aniseed, Cinnamon, Clove, Gram Dhall, Pepper.
Recipe: Make a paste of 50g Sakthi fish fry masala with water and lemon juice. Apply the paste on 1kg fish pieces. After 2 hours, deep fry the pieces in edible oil. No need to add salt. This masala also can be used to prepare yam and potato fries.
