Aachi Meat Masala 200g
Recipe: For 1kg Meat: Heat required cooking oil, Add chopped onion, tomato, coconut paste, and saute well, Add cleaned 1kg meat , saute with 50g of Aachi meat masala. When half boiled and required salt and water. Allow to cook till tender, When gravy thickens add coriander leaves and serve hot. This Masala can be used for vegetable curry also vegetables curry.
Ingredients:Coriander chilli, Turmeric, Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Garlic, Dry ginger, Onion, Methi and Mustard.
