Delivery is good. I love the fragrance. FB recommended me this mango and in the beginning I thought this might be fake. I have to say that the taste is superb after I tried. You see the fragrance is natural and real and that is the most important thing though It is a bit expensive that normal mangos you can buy in a supermarket.

Amazing taste of mangoes and extraordinary service by Redrickshaw. I ordered Alphonso for my pregnant wife who was craving for Indian mangoes. But on the day of delivery we got a message saying that mangoes are out of stock n will b delivered as early as possible. We were little disappointed but to our surprise they send us kesari on that day and Alphonso with in 2 days again..we were surprised n pleased with this high level of service to customers. I loved the taste of mangoes. They were all ready to eat so we had to eat more at a time to finish it before they are over riped. 2 of 12 mangoes were rotten from inside after a 2-3 days but it was because they were all ready to eat when they arrived. The smell of the mangoes was not like ratnagiri alphanso mangoes but it tastes good so I think it must be some other variety of alphanso mango. Not really sure but I'm overall satisfied and would like to order again in future. My only advise would be that it would be great if they could give ripe at home mangoes so as to improve the life of mangoes for atleast a week.

Twice ordered Alphonso Mangoes from Mumbai, INdia for delivery in London City. First time there was some misunderstanding about the reading the calender for choosing date, but next time I wrote to them about the difficulty and they corrected it immediately.
Both the times the receipients of the mangoes gave a very positive feedback about the quality.
I would like to use more of RedRickshaw for sending things to my friends in London.

Mangoes arrived in good time at around 12 midday on scheduled date (May 20). Fruit perfectly ripe and all in good condition. Minor issue but tracker didn't update in real time, saying 'On its way' in Tamworth all morning (rather than 'Out for delivery') and didn't update when delivered (only next day or later - see link). The mangoes are great. The delivery was a disaster with no knock, doorbell ring (we were in all day) or card through the door from UPS! It was only because I was expecting the delivery on a specified day and it hadn't happened that I tracked my parcel and found it had gone to a local UPS centre where I had to collect it. If I was you I wouldn't use UPS again.
