Apricot Harissa

Middle Eastern spice paste with sweet apricot, ras el hanout and a chilli kick.

Perfectly paired with meatballs or lamb koftas, used as a chutney with bread and cheese, used as a marinade for halloumi skewers, mixed into a gravy for a roast chicken to give it that Middle Eastern twist.
