Ashoka Delhi Dal Makhani 280g
Dal Makhani is the essence of every North Indian meal. This medium-hot vegetarian dish with black gram beans and tomatoes blended into a thick richly spiced butter sauce, is cooked slowly to produce a perfect melting taste. Ideally served as a main dish with jeera pilaf (cumin seed rice), naan breads or chapatis. Or serve as a side accompaniment to Indian meals.
Ingredients: Water, black gram, onions, coconut milk, sunflower oil, red kidney beans, tomato paste, cashew nut, ginger, salt, coriander leaves, garlic, chilli powder, spices (anistar, black cardamom, black pepper, caraway, cassia, chilli, clove, salt, coriander, cumin, dry ginger, fennel seeds), green chilli, turmeric powder, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.
Gas Burner: Take unopened foil pouch and immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove pouch, snip and serve.
Microwave Oven: To cook in the microwave, empty the contents of the pack in the oven bowl and heat it for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.
