Items required: Bambino vermecelli 250g, sugar 400g, ghee/oil 50ml, Apinch of Saffron elaichi 8Nos.
Method: Roast bambino vermicelli in ghee/oil till golden brown and keep aside. Boil water and add the roasted vermicelli.After vermicelli is cooked, add sugar, grated coconut, saffron and mix well. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from flame, add dry fruits, elaichi and serve hot.
