Roll sushi like a pro with our bamboo paddle and rolling mat.

The paddle is used to toss the warm rice with the sushi vinegar, the basis of all sushi rolls. The rolling mat is used to roll the nori sheet (toasted seaweed sheets) around the seasoned rice and filling.
