These tasty little morsels, also known as snow peas, are an unusual pea because the whole pod and all the seeds are edible (hence the name, which is French for ‘eat it all’). They cook in a matter of seconds and are perfect for a quick Chinese-style stir fry or Indian sabzi, as well as adding a bright, delicate accent to Thai curries or soothing broths and stews.
