How to prepare:
1. Blend contents of the pack in 2400ml of water bring to boil stirring occasionally
2. Add 4 tomatoes chopped or sliced , simmer cook on medium heat for 15-20mins to desire consistency
3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as an accompaniment to gits instant idlis, dosais and vadais or as side dish with rice
Tip: To enhance flavour add your choice of parboiled vegetables like, drumstick , ladys finger, pumpkin etc, singly to combination
Tip: For tastier sambhar heat1-2 tsbp pure ghee, add a pinch of asafoetida 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds and 1-2 red chillies , add it to hot sambhar
