Indian Aromatic Duck with ChaPancakes

Prepare for a culinary mash-up made in heaven: slow cooked, aromatic crispy duck meat coated in Indian spices and served with chapati-style Chinese pancakes. Perfect served with red or spring onion, chopped herbs, and tamarind or spicy tomato chutney.

Duck weighs about 800g. Package contains 12 ChaPancakes and serves up to 6 people.

Cooking instructions:

Indian Aromatic Duck

Pre Heat Oven to 200C.

Carefully remove Duck from packaging and place Skin side up on a Baking Tray and place on the middle shelf in the Oven for 30mins.

Check the Duck is piping hot before serving.


Place the ChaPancake bag on a Non Metallic Plate.

Place into the microwave and cook on full power for 25 seconds.
