Preparation method

  1. Tie the pork belly with straws to maintain the original shape. Afterwards, boil the pork inside an earthen pot and set it aside.
  2. Add ginger and green onion to a pan with oil. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown. 
  3. Afterwards, add the Lee Kum kee Sauces in the pan, followed by slab sugar and rock sugar. Allow boiling before adding the slab sugar and rock sugar. 
  4. Transfer the sauce mix to the earthen pot and cook for two hours under. 
  5. Add Chinkiang vinegar to the earthen pot and cook for almost an hour under low heat. 
  6. Serve and feel free to add more lee Kum Kee sauce.
