Lijjat Sindhi Papad 200g
Ingredients: Urad dal flour (Matpe Lentil Flour), Green chilli, Salt,Bi-Carbonate soda (E500), Cotton seed oil & Asafoetida.
Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Heat oil in a large deep pan or work (200c). To test oil, drop a piece of pappadum in to the oil. If it starts to expand and bubble, the oil is hot enough. Gentely drop the pappadums one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take out the pappadums with in 3-4 seconds. PLace pappadum upright and drain excess oil. Then serve.
Grill/BBQ: Place pappadum under hot grill. Cook until pappadum turns golden colour.
Microwave: Lightly brush one side of a pappadum with low fat oil. Place one pappadum on a paper towel, then microwave for approximately 60-90 seconds.
