How to prepare: In a deep heavy base pan heat 60g cooking oil and fry 150g chopped onions till translicent, Add 500g chicken piece and 10-15karahi chicken masala, fry For 10mins till tender, Add two cups of water and cover, cook for 20mins till they are soft and tender, Let 1/2 cup stock remains, Then add 30g juliness of capsicum and 60g tomato, stir and fry for 5mins, Dress with mashed leaves of Kasoori methi and lemon juice, serve 2-3 persons
