MTR Short Cut Vermicelli 400g:

Cooking Directions:

Vegetable Vermicelli Pulao:
 Fry 450g of MTR vermicelli in a 2sp cooking oil until it turns golden brown, keep aside, saute 2tsp of ginger garlic paste in 10tsp cooking oil for 2 mins, add 2000g chopped onions and 500g cooked vegetables(Carrot , peas, beans etc) Saute for 5-6mins , Add 2tsp MTR pulao masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste , Add 4liters of water and heat to boil, add fried vermicelli , Add 15g fried cashew nuts and cook for 3-4mins

Vermicelli payasam (Kheer): Fry 450g of Mtr vermicelli in a 2tsp cooking oil until it turns golden brown, keep aside, Boil 5liters of milk, add fried vermicelli and Stir continuously on low flame for about 8-10 mins, till fully cooked add 500kg of sugar and cashew nuts 10g and serve hot
