Cooking Instructions:soak beans for 12 hrs then rinse and drain. boil rapidly on fresh water for 15 min then simmer for 50 min or until tender. Do not eat raw, cook beans in a slow cooker unless pre-soaked for 12 hrs and then boiled rapidly for 15 mins.
