Whole Wheat Jaggery Ladoo

The sweet jaggery Ladoo is easy to prepare and perfect for any special occasion. 

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 12 


  • Natco Jaggery Goor- 200 gm
  • Whole wheat flour- one to one and a half cup 
  • Water 
  • Ghee 
  • Cardamom powder 


  • Take a large pan and roast the whole wheat flour on a low flame. Make sure you don't burn it. 
  • Roast it until the colour of the flour changes. Once the colour has changed, turn it off and keep it aside. 
  • Take another pan with water and add jaggery into it. Dissolve the jaggery in the water on medium flame. 
  • Boil the mixture until it turns into a semi-solid form. However, don't prep too solid or jaggery syrup.
  • Cool both jaggery syrup and roasted flour that we set aside initially. 
  • Then, mix the jaggery syrup with the roasted whole wheat flour. 
  • After mixing the syrup and flour, add ghee. Finally, make ladoos taking two to two and a half tablespoons of dough.
