Natco Milk Powder 750g

Ingredients: 450g Natco Milk Powder, 470ml water,100g Caster sugar,100g Natco pistachio kernals, Finely ground.
Method: Place the milk powder in a saucepan and slowly mix in 350ml of water. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to low. Dilute the sugar in the remaining water and then add to the mixture, along with half of the pistachios. Stire continuously until the mixture becomes very thick. Turn the mixture in to a 2.5cm deep baking tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top and allow to cool until set. Cut in to diamond shapes and serve.
Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
