Natco Dry Tamarind Slab 200g
Preparation: Remove all packaging and soak tamarind block in 340ml of warm water for 30 mins. Grain and place in a sieve over a bowl. Extract paste by rubbing soaked block through slave with the back of a spoon. Discard remaining skin and seeds.
Product description: Provides the sour flavour typical of Indian curries and sweet & sour dishes. Use as a marinade for chicken or lamb, brush lightly on to grilled fish or use as a sharp dip for samosas.
