Storage: Once opened store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months of opening.
Cooking Instructions: Soak dal in water for 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Cover with fresh water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins until dal is tender.
