Rasalu is one of the most popular varieties of mangoes in South India, known for its juicy nature and delicious taste.
This variety of mango got its name for being Super Juicy! It is best eaten when it is fully ripened and becomes very soft as its pulp starts turning into juice. So let it ripen outside, without keeping it in the refrigerator.
Wrap it in a paper bag. Keep checking and enjoy when it is soft and pulpy.
