- ½ cup or 100mL of low-fat milk
- ½ cup or 100mL of water, add 2 tsp of water
- 2 tbsp of Brooke Bond Red Label Tea
- 2 tsp of sugar
- Add the sugar into your teacup and place a strainer on top.
- Mix the milk and water into a saucepan. Heat until bubbles show up.
