Sakthi Tandoori Chicken Masala 200g
Recipe: For 1kg Chicken: Heat required cooking oil, Add chopped onion, few green chillies, tomato, coconut paste,chilli powder and saute well, Add cleaned 1kg Chicken , saute with 50g of Aachi chicken masala. When half boiled and required salt and water. Allow to cook till tender, When gravy thickens add coriander leaves and serve hot. This Masala can be used for vegetable curry also vegetables curry.
Ingredients:Coriander ,chilli, chilli powder Turmeric, Pepper, Cumin, salt, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic, dry ginger, onion, methi and mustard.
