Sakthi Sambhar Powder 200g
Cooking Directions: Cook 300g of vegetables of your choice and keep aside, cook 3 tbsp of red gramadd 600ml of water with 1/2tbsp of cooking oil and a pinch of turmeric, Grind 1tbsp of MTR sambar powder with grated coconut and a little jaggery mix this with cooked dal, add cooked vegetables , tamarind extract and salt to taste, boil for 5 mins, preparethe seasoing of 1/2tsp mustard and curry leaves in 1/2 tsp of cooking oil, add to the mix.
Ingredients: Coriander 36% rice, cumin, chilli, fenugreek , cinnamon.
Please remember :Use dry spoon , store in a cool and dry place, Once opened, transfer the content to an air tight container
