Shan Haleem Masala Mix 50g
Is a Mix for meat , grains and Pulses curry, Easy to cook Hard to resist.
Ingredients: Beef/Chicken 200g 4-6 Boneless portions,Bones and oints 100g in small pieces, Ghee /oil, 1cups/150g, Onion 1medium /sliced,Shan shahi one packet containing, Heleem Mix 1. Sachet of shan spice mix, 2. Once sachet of pulses and grains mix, Washed and soaked for 1-2hrs.
Step of Cooking 1. Heat half cup of ghee/oil add meat and Shan Haleem Shahi masala, fry for few mins,Then add the soaked pulses and grains mix and 10-12glases of water, cover and cook on very low heat until the meat is completely tender,stir occasionally
2 Remove the bones and blend the Mix to a course paste with a wooden spoon or grind half the quantity in a blender, Dont Grind it to a fine paste
3.Heat the remaining one cup ghee/oil and fry the sliced onions until golden .Then stir it into the Haleem , Cover and cook on low heat for 10mins Serving Suggestions: Garnish with Shan chaat masala, fried onion, finely chopped ginger, green chillies, green coriander and lime juice Serve 6-8persons Tips for Best result Use meat portions from leg and breast
