Ingredients: 1 pack of Taj Frozen karela Rings, 2tbsp of red chilli powder, 2tbsp of Cumin powder, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp of coriander powder, 2tybsp of dry mango powder, 1tbap of Turmeric powder, 3tbsp of oil, 1 onion thicky sliced, 1 cup Tomato Puree.
Method: Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion & cook for 1/2min add Taj Frozen karela, cook covered on low heat , stir occasionally Add the dry masala when Karela is almost cooked, Add tomato puree & salt, cook covered on low heat till karela is fully cooked and tender.
Tips: Soak Karela in salted water to reduce bitterness for 3-4hrs, ensure that you do not add water to this vegetable.
Storage: Keep Frozen all the time and refridgerate leftover vegetable immediatelly.
