Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentils flour, salt, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, fenugreek powder, and sodium acetate, Placked in a plant that processes dairy , wheat flour, tree nuts& sesame seeds

1. Mix content of the pack with 900ml water, stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5mins
2. Lightly greasy a cold flat non-stick pan/tava witrh oil, pour 75ml batter in center of cold pand spread batter outward circular motion to get a thin dosa of around 8ince in diameter
3. Place the frying pan on a medium heat, Sprinkle a few drops of oil all over dosa & fry till golden brown, Fold and remove for next doasi, first cool pan with wet cloth till lukewarm, repeat 2. on wards and serve hot, with gits instrant sambhar and coconut chutney importance: ensure that frying pan is cool for every dosai
Tip: To make masala dosai add potato , onion filling to the dosai before folding
