Gits Jilebi Mix 100g

Ready to cook savory garbanzo cake dry mix, 100% Vegetarian, No preservatives, No artificial Flavour or colour
Traditional , crispy, juicy, saffron, hued Indian sweet made from fermented batter of wheat flour, & lentil, The batter is extruded in preztral like shape, deep fried and dipped in sugar syrup, for few seconds, Jalopies are traditionally enjoyed in India as breakfast with glass of milk

How to prepare:
1. Mix content of the pack with 190ml of water, stir to a smooth batter , pour, into gits jilebi maker or alternatively in thick cloth with small hole
2. Heat 500ml of oil or ghee in a shallow pan, hold the nozzle of the jilebi make just above the surface of the oil, squeeze to make 3 and 1/2circle with the batter starting from the center and sealing the end in the last half round, Deep fry on medium heat till crisp and golden
3. Immerse jilebi in warm sugar syrup for 20sec, serve hot or cold

Direction for preparation of sugar syrup: Dissolve 450g sugar in 360ml of water, bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for 5-6mins, Tip: Add few standard of saffron to the sugar syrup for better flavour, serve hot jilebi with chilled gits rabdi
