Motichoor Ladoo or Motichur Ladoo is a round-shaped sweetmeat made from fine, tiny balls of besan. The chickpea flour globules is fried in ghee or oil, and soaked in sugar syrup. The sweet, pearl-like balls are then molded into ladoos.
