I have bought mangoes from this company three times and the products and delivery service has been good. Even when there were delays, they communicate f satisfactorily. However my last delivery came in with a one rotten mango (photo attached). I wrote and complained to customer service and was never replied. I am disappointed by that.

Bought 4 x boxes of kesar 12 mangoes now. First 2 were superb. 3rd one was not, but after speaking to red rickshaw customer service we found out it was not their fault but UPS holding it in their warehouse for 3 days during the hot weather. And even though they were dehydrated the mangoes tasted AMAZING. Also RR helped with a partial refund. The last 4th box, even though bought in june was PERFECT and really sweet. So here I am about to buy my 5th box! You have to believe these mangoes are so good for us to have invested over 150gbp on them!!

I received 2 mangoes completely damaged. Of the 3 we had in day 1 they seems to look as they were picked from tree very raw and ripened using carbide. Ripening was not proper but in layers.

The Kesar Mangoes arrived on 2/6/20 as promised. Packaging good.
The mangoes were in perfect condition but had to leave them to ripen for few days. They’re Delicious!!!
Only regret size a little small and price a bit steep for an old age pensioner!!!
£ 22.99 -£5 =17.99p (£5 being first time buyer’s discount) but addition of £6.99 shipping brought the total up to 24.98p. So unfortunately I don’t think that I can afford to place an order for any more .

Not happy with how products are sent without proper check especially given each mango costs around 2 quid, we would expect more effort in making sure you send good product.

I ordered two boxes of kesar mangoes, at great expense to be delivered to me. I received them and have cut a few out of each box. Sadly they aren't very sweet and I wonder whether this was money well spent. I don't believe it is. Please advise.

Awful! Arrived 3 days late and all were dehydrated, bruised and mouldy inside. No wonder they are being sold on discount now! Everyone knows kesar must be consumed in May but I paid full price, £30, in MAY so expected them to arrive in better condition. Refund please!

The box of kesar mango that I received are not good. Well past their best, they are bruised, jelly like inside and yellow flesh bubbly when cut. A real shame as I was looking forward to trying them.

The mangoes are sweet and lovely but unfortunately half of the badge, was too ripe and started to weather rot as per picture. It was impossible to freeze some of them as planned or eat in salad as went all mushy.
For the price, I would expec more from the seller. Sorry, but I am being honest.

First of all the box was left outside without even ringing the bell. We didn’t realise we had the box of 6kgs of Mangoes left outside until our neighbour told us late at night we had a box lying outside our door. When we opened it a lot of the mangoes were not only dented but has also got spoiled. Most of the Alphanso mangoes had turned black. Not very happy with the purchase. Paid more than the market rate plus delivery for very bad service as well as bad quality of mangoes.
