How to prepare

Preparation method

  2. Cook the chicken with butter-ghee under high heat for ten minutes. The chicken should turn brown on both sides. Set aside once ready.
  3. Place chopped onions in a pan with oil. Cook the onions for five minutes under medium heat before adding tomato paste. Stir for a few minutes before adding both ginger and garlic to the pan. 
  4. Stir for a minute before adding the crushed tomatoes to the pan. Pour in chicken broth and coconut milk once the tomato boils. Reduce the cooking heat and leave for fifteen minutes. 
  5. Add the red pepper flakes to the mixture. Cook for another fifteen minutes and season with black pepper and salt.
