Spice blend for fried lentil savory
How to prepare: Mix 3 chopped red onions 200g into gram flour 250g along with MDH Pakora Masala 25g salt 5g and 1/2 tbsp of baking soda, Make a thick uniform batter with water 250ml, adding portions at a time , in a deep frying pan heat 1/2 liter cooking oil, Pour spoonful batter gently at different spots in oil, fry light brown, upturn for frying the other side, Remove from oil and strain, Dry excess oil if necessary, Serve hot with MDH Podina Chutney.
Ingredients: Coriander, salt white, chilli, dry mango, cumin, fenugreek leaves, Bishop's weeds, salt black , Dry Ginger, Black pepper, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, mace.
